Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Kids learn the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu in a safe, supportive room, through drills, games and light sparring.

Along the way they build coordination, balance and focus, and the self-discipline, respect and confidence they’ll carry well beyond the mat. Classes are built to challenge kids and to reward them when they reach a goal.

Boys and girls train together, beginners and kids with experience alike, each at their own pace.
